This policy covers the keha.io website. Each Keha app has its own privacy policy for the store and customer data it processes inside Shopify — for Keha Preorder & Back in Stock, see the app privacy policy.

What we collect on this website

• The only form is the partner sign-up page (see below). If you email us, we receive what you send.
• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to run and protect the site. These are kept for a short period and not used to identify you.

How we use email

When you write to hello@keha.io or support@keha.io, we use your message only to reply and to help you. We don't sell it or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Partner accounts

If you sign up as a partner, we keep the details you give us (agency name, contact name and email) to run the partner program and pay commission.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@keha.io. We reply within 30 days.
